Kelly M. Skinner Shares Perspective on Joining Goldberg Segalla's Toxic Tort Practice

Goldberg Segalla recently added Kelly M. Skinner to the firm’s Toxic Tort practice in Philadelphia. Law360 interviewed Kelly to explore her experience as an attorney and learn about her interest in joining Goldberg Segalla.

Kelly cited the firm’s professionalism and culture of teamwork and diversity among the reasons inspiring her to join the firm. Further, she explained how this helped attorneys to better serve clients. “[Commitment to this culture] permeates all levels of the firm, resulting in increased functionality in every area, from client services, to litigation/skills, to firm management. When all of us work together in this manner, the benefits of that functionality are passed on to our clients. I am looking forward to continuing the tradition, in addition to showing new clients that Goldberg Segalla truly is different and how these differences can benefit them,” said Kelly.

When asked about her approach to her practice, Kelly said, “I leverage this experience to guide clients through the litigation process, in conjunction with in-house counsel and carriers, and achieve the best possible results. Each client has unique concerns, and I value the relationships that arise with treating each client as an individual with distinctive needs and points of view.”
