Richard Juang, a partner in the firm’s Hatch-Waxman ANDA Litigation and Counseling and Intellectual Property Practice Groups, has been named to this year’s FOCUS St. Louis roster of Emerging Leaders. The Emerging Leaders cohort is a highly selective program that provides a group of young professionals with an increased sense of engagement in St. Louis, as well as the tools to take an active role as the next generation of St. Louis regional leaders.
Richard is an experienced litigator and registered patent attorney. With a litigation background that spans pharmaceuticals, life sciences, software, and emerging technologies, he helps clients navigate and litigate complex intellectual property issues, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. Richard also handles Hatch-Watchman litigation, drawing on a bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering to translate sophisticated medical and chemical concepts into winning legal strategies.
