Sean P. Beiter, Co-Chair of Goldberg Segalla’s Labor and Employment Practice Group, was interviewed by the Buffalo Law Journal for an article examining the legal challenges employers may face when their employees become involved in romantic relationships — and how employers may protect themselves.
“For starters, they need to be very conscious of their policies and be sure they are reminding their employees that they can report any unwanted harassment,” Sean told the Buffalo Law Journal. “That should include regular training for employees to remind them of what is permitted and what’s not permitted.”
