Goldberg Segalla continues to bolster its rapidly growing Workers’ Compensation Practice Group with the addition of Tracey A. McLean, an experienced litigator who joins the firm as a partner in its Syracuse office. Tracey has spent more than two decades defending employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and other clients in workers’ compensation claims across New York State.
Tracey is frequently sought out as a speaker on workers’ compensation law, presenting at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars and at seminars for employers and insurance carriers. She also leads training sessions for claims adjusters and hearing representatives on successfully navigating the New York workers’ compensation system.
Tracey is a dedicated member of the Central New York Community and has served on the Arbitration Panel for the Syracuse City Court and a Law Guardian in the Fourth Department, where she represented and protected the interests of children in legal proceedings. She also was a member of the pro bono panel of the Onondaga County Bar Association, where she provided legal advice and assistance to victims of domestic violence.
She is a member of the Central New York Workers’ Compensation Bar Association, the New York Self-Insurers Association, and state and local bar associations.
