Zach represents employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He has extensive experience representing clients before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board. In addition to workers’ compensation matters, Zach has advocated on behalf of clients in various labor and employment matters, personal injury cases, and commercial and insurance disputes.
Zach has represented clients before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, and the Appellate Division, Third Department. He has handled trials, hearings, depositions, and legal memoranda; elicited the testimony of medical and lay experts; and conducted settlement negotiations.
While receiving his juris doctor from the Albany Law School of Union University, Zach served as a legal intern for the Albany Law Clinic & Justice Center’s Introduction to Litigation Clinical Program.
