Aaron T. Clarke

Aaron T. Clarke counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New York. Prior to joining Goldberg Segalla, Aaron gained experience as a legislative director in the New York State Senate, where he crafted legislation and worked with non-profit organizations and other stakeholders to expedite the amendment, support, and passage of legislation.

During law school, Aaron served as an intern with the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board Uninsured Employers Fund. He also held internships with the Family Violence Litigation Clinic, the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, and the Schenectady Public Defender’s Office.
