Adewoye A. Adegoke
Adewoye A. Adegoke concentrates his practice on general liability, business transactions, and commercial litigation matters. Ade also advises companies on transactional matters, corporate governance, and compliance matters. He draws on experience advising local development corporations, industrial development agencies, municipalities, startups, and early-stage companies. He has also defended clients in premises liability and nursing home injury claims. Ade has counseled clients regarding business formation, commercial transactions, equity and debt financing, tax incentives, mergers and acquisitions, employment and compensation, intellectual property, technology and copyright, privacy law compliance, and real estate transactions.
Born in Nigeria, Ade graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University and Nigerian Law School before coming to Western New York to attend the University at Buffalo School of Law. During law school, Ade served as a judicial intern for Hon. Justice Matthew A. Rosenbaum at the New York State Supreme Court in Rochester.
