Alexandra B. Ascione
Alexandra B. Ascione focuses her practice on defending corporations and individual clients in a wide variety of claims and disputes, including civil rights, personal injury, premises liability, product liability, and toxic tort matters. Her background includes litigating catastrophic injury and toxic tort claims involving allegations of birth defects resulting from chemical exposures, pesticide contamination related to commercial agriculture, mesothelioma and asbestos exposure, and other complex scientific issues.
Prior to entering private practice, Alex was an extern for CMG Worldwide, where she drafted licensing agreements and assisted with copyright, trademark, and right of publicity valuations.
