Alison T. Quine is an experienced workers’ compensation litigator who defends self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance carriers against workers’ compensation claims. Alison’s broad background in workers’ compensation litigation includes working as a staff attorney for New York’s Special Funds Conservation Committee and as a staff attorney for a large utility company, where she developed and implemented the legal strategy for administering and litigating its self-insured workers’ compensation claims. She also served on the company Pro Bono Committee, and advised multiple nonprofits on employment law and contract issues.
