Bingyang Zhang focuses his practice on the counsel and defense of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims. Involved throughout the litigation process, Bing conducts depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and preparation of petitions and motions. He draws on experience working at a boutique firm where he handled a diverse civil litigation caseload, including commercial litigation, labor and employment law, contractual disputes, insurance/liability matters, and other general litigation. Bing has represented individuals and business entities in both prosecution and defense in New Jersey and New York, as well as federal courts.
