Brandon represents and defends retail stores, entertainment venues, security companies, restaurants, hospitality companies, and other clients in a broad spectrum of general liability, products liability, and other litigated matters. He has significant experience in defending a variety of catastrophic personal injury litigation, including slip-and-fall cases and matters arising from premises liability claims. He also handles employment and matters, including wrongful termination and gender and disability discrimination cases.
While attending the Loyola Law School, Brandon participated in a pro bono bankruptcy clinic where he helped indigent debtors prepare and file Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions.
