Christina K. Ng
Christina K. Ng focuses her practice on defending workers’ compensation claims. She has experience appearing before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board for hearings and trials, filing appeals, leading depositions and conducting settlement negotiations. Christina’s background includes serving as staff counsel for one of the nation’s largest insurers, where she advised in-house clientele on all issues of workers’ compensation law as well as aggressively defended its interests. She also has experience handling matters involving reinsurance, employment discrimination, and pharmaceutical liability.
Before entering private practice, Christina gained experience as an intern with the New York City Police Department’s Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Trials and the Urban Justice Center’s Street Vendor Project and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Illana Grubel in New York City Family Court.
