Experience
Claire J. Stratton counsels and defends regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, and other clients in the retail and hospitality industries in a variety of litigated matters. She draws on experience in a range of practice areas, from hospitality law to employment and labor law, real estate, business and commercial, trusts and estates, and funeral home law.
During law school, Claire was active in both the Student Bar Association and Moot Court Competitions while also developing valuable knowledge as a Law Clerk at an Albany firm. In addition, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Christopher E. Hoefenkreig in the Nassau County Criminal Court and, later, for the Hon. Lawrence E. Kahn of the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of New York.
