Daniel DiTusa focuses his practice on counseling and representing clients in the retail and hospitality industries in a variety of litigated matters. He is involved in all aspects of litigation: preparing cases for filing; conducting depositions; drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs; and participating in trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

As a law student, Daniel gained experience as a legal intern in private practice and in the office of the Town of Hempstead town attorney. He conducted legal research, drafted and filed motions, drafted memoranda on a variety of issues, reviewed and edited contracts, and participated in strategy meetings.
