David J. Majcak is an experienced civil litigator who focuses on defending clients against a wide range of high-stakes liability claims, including those relating to complex personal injury litigation, wrongful death, catastrophic injury litigation, product liability, employer liability, medical malpractice, construction disputes, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, and premises liability. David’s practice also includes legal malpractice and professional liability defense, and he is a member of the Management and Professional Liability practice group. He has defended lawyers, insurance agents, brokers, public adjusters, realtors, accountants, and other professionals in malpractice and related litigation. In these practice areas David has compiled a record of successful trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

David is regularly called upon to parachute into existing cases specifically for trial. He has extensive experience performing legal research and drafting memoranda. His background also includes appellate litigation, and he has a published opinion in Florida’s Fourth District Court of Appeals. David is also a member of the firm’s Rapid Response Task Force, and is available to oversee and assist clients responding to catastrophic large losses, ensuring that his clients’ interests are promptly protected.
