David M. Muller

David M. Muller counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters with a focus on the transportation and trucking industry. He draws on a background appearing and arguing matters related to insurance defense in arbitrations and civil courts in all five boroughs and district courts in Long Island. He works closely with clients from the inception of a claim through settlement negotiation, trial preparation, and resolution.

While attending the City University of New York School of Law, David gained experience as a legal assistant at a workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, and personal injury law practice, and as a paralegal in wills, trust, and real estate law practice.
