David M. Pollack
Special Counsel

David M. Pollack is a trial attorney with over 20 years of experience counseling and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout New York State. He has extensive experience representing clients in work-related injuries, including schedule loss of use, classification, and Section 32 agreements. He is involved in every stage of the workers’ compensation litigation process including appeals, negotiations, settlements, litigation, contract management, mediation, hearings, depositions, and trials. He draws on a background handling social security benefits, bankruptcy litigation, long-term care polices, employment and labor matters, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, and criminal matters.
Outside of private practice, David gained experience as an assistant corporation counsel and trial specialist for the New York City Department of Law, as a licensed agent at the New York Life Insurance Company, and as an assistant district attorney in Kings County District Attorney’s Office.
