Emma L. Freedenberg focuses her practice on counseling and representing clients in the retail and hospitality industries in a variety of litigated matters. She defends general liability, premises liability, negligent security, and other claims, and advises clients on emerging risks.

Emma draws on experience as an intern to the Hon. Russell P. Buscaglia and the Hon. Lawrence J. Vilardo in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. She also spent time as a law clerk at Goldberg Segalla.
