John S. Gormally
Associate
John S. Gormally focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, contractual, and corporate matters. He has represented clients including health care companies, hedge funds, multinational corporations, international banks, global oil and gas companies, and a sovereign nation. He has handled all stages of litigation, from initial discovery to trials and settlements.
Prior to entering private practice, John served as a law clerk for the Hon. Gerald L. Rushfelt of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas and Hon. Thomas L. Ludington in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Following law school, John served as a legal intern in the Ed Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, DC.
