Jordan A. Lejcar
Special Counsel
Jordan A. Lejcar counsels and defends insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Illinois. Her extensive experience handling complex and high exposure workers’ compensation claims includes developing comprehensive claim assessments and resolution strategies; drafting settlement, release, and resignation contracts; and reaching efficient, cost-effective resolution. In addition to workers’ compensation litigation, Jordan has represented defendants in general liability, insurance coverage, civil rights, and employment matters.
Before joining private practice, Jordan was assistant state attorney in Broward County Florida, where she first-chaired more than 200 bench and 20 jury trials.
