Kara Hilt counsels and represents a wide range of clients in a variety of companies and insurance carriers, including owners and developers of shopping centers, regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, restaurants, product manufacturers, and trucking companies in both state and federal courts throughout the state of Florida.  She defends general liability, products liability, premises liability, negligent security and other claims.   Kara has experience handling all stages of litigation including trial strategy, depositions, pleadings, discovery, and pretrial.  She draws on experience gained defending first- and third-party insurance matters.
