Kathleen Ramirez represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters and defends them in litigation before the New York Workers’ Compensation Board. She handles all aspects of the claims process from inception through resolution. Kathleen is experienced in workers’ compensation as well as employment and labor law, evaluating matters and advising clients on courses of action including litigation, mediation, and arbitration strategies. In addition, she helps her clients identify and mitigate potential future risks, working to protect company interests and strengthen policies. Kathleen’s practice has also included professional liability and real estate matters.
