Kristopher R. Lowe

Kristopher R. Lowe focuses his practice on defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in all stages of litigation before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. He has experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation matters, including evaluation of potential claims, research and preparation of memoranda of law, drafting rebuttals and appeals, and attending depositions, hearings, and trials.

During law school, Kris gained experience as an intern with the Lima Municipal Prosecutor’s Office, representing the state of Ohio in trials and pretrial hearings. He also held an internship with the Hon. Scott N. Barret in the Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
