Experience
Marlo A. Mitchell represents employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters in New York. She is involved in every stage of the claims process from inception through resolution. She draws on a broad range of experience, including positions as a legal clerk and legal internships. Marlo was a summer associate focused on trademark prosecution, assisting with trademark application filings, preparing cease and desist letters, and enforcing trademark regulation. As a legal extern, she assisted in representing developers, institutional investors, financial institutions, commercial landlords, and tenants in complex commercial real estate transactions. Marlo also gained experience as a legal clerk with the Major League Baseball Players Association, researching issues related to collective bargaining agreements, sport and contract law, and intellectual property.
