Melissa M. Modzelewski counsels and defends clients in a broad range of general liability matters. She is involved in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery and investigation, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trials. Melissa draws on a background in insurance defense and personal injury litigation.

Melissa gained experience as a student attorney at the Small Business Clinic at the Western New England University School of Law, where she drafted contracts, explored options of limited liability companies versus sole proprietorships, and researched trademarks for her clients. While attending law school in the evening program, she also worked full time as a paralegal, assisting in cases from inception to trial, conducting legal research, drafting motions, correspondence and medical summaries, and communicating with clients about the status of cases.
