Morgen A. Mueller

Morgen A. Mueller focuses her practice on representing and defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. She manages all aspects of claims from initial referral through resolution, conducting discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Morgen was field legal counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance, handling personal injury and workers’ compensation defense cases and collaborating with claims representatives and insured clients to develop and implement legal strategies for all stages of litigation. 

While attending law school, Morgen worked as a law clerk for Liberty Mutual’s Chicago Legal office, researching and drafting briefs regarding personal injury, premises liability, product liability, school law, and subrogation.
