Peter Brady is a trial attorney with 37 years of experience defending clients against a wide variety of complex personal injury claims, with a focus on high-value construction-related litigation. Peter defends contractors, construction managers, developers, owners, and others against claims arising from accidents and alleged defects, including matters arising under New York State Labor Law §240(1) (the Scaffold Law). Peter’s experience also includes defending clients against claims involving motor vehicle accidents and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, all types of premises liability claims, and other personal injury matters. A recognized authority on courtroom skills and trial practice, Peter has also served as an arbitrator and mediator in numerous matters.
