Polly N. Tran

Polly N. Tran counsels and defends clients in a variety of complex civil litigation matters with a particular focus on general liability, trucking and transportation matters. She works closely with clients from the inception of litigation through settlement negotiation and trial preparation, taking and defending depositions, engaging in proactive law and motion work, and representing clients in alternative dispute resolution forums. Polly has successfully mediated general liability claims to favorable settlements on behalf of her clients and insurers. Her experience also includes litigation and contract work in labor and employment, premises liability, and consumer protection law.

While attending law school, Polly externed at the California Superior Court County of Los Angeles under Hon. Susan Bryant-Deason and worked as a clinical intern at the Notre Dame Law Economic Justice Clinic. Following law school, Polly gained civil litigation experience at an Orange County civil litigation firm.
