Taylor L. Procopio
Associate

Taylor L. Procopio concentrates her practice on representing attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, and other licensed professionals in a variety of professional liability matters and business disputes. She draws on a broad background in litigation and corporate law including performing legal research, reviewing documents, and preparing memoranda regarding complex issues in medical malpractice, mass torts, workers’ compensation, and labor and employment disputes. Taylor has represented and assisted employers in various disputes including human rights investigations and hearings; deposed plaintiffs, co-defendants, and non-parties in a variety of litigation matters; and has participated in mediations and arbitration.
While in law school, Taylor gained experience through internships with U.S. Magistrate Judge Hon. Therese Wiley Dancks in the Northern District of New York, the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office, and the office of Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.
