Thomas S. Holmgren
Associate
Thomas Holmgren focuses his practice on counseling and defending manufacturers, distributors, and others in toxic tort litigation spanning a variety of alleged exposures as well as defending clients in environmental disputes. In his career, Thomas has handled matters ranging from construction defect and labor law claims to criminal and copyright cases, representing large institutional clients and individuals in both federal court and courts throughout New York’s judicial departments. His diverse experience enables Thomas to find creative solutions in defending cases and, in turn, innovative ways to limit his client’s exposure.
