William H. Baaki

William H. Baaki is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on construction litigation and the defense of complex personal injury and wrongful death claims. His wide range of experience includes representing Fortune 500 companies, local businesses, not-for-profits, municipalities, insurers, and property owners in both state and federal courts in matters involving contract disputes, construction defect, premises liability, product liability, property damage, real property title litigation, and worksite accidents.
Bill received his undergraduate degree in Classics and Philosophy from Colgate University, and served as assistant captain of the school’s hockey team. After playing two seasons of minor professional hockey, Bill received his J.D., cum laude, from Ave Maria School of Law, where he served on the school’s Moot Court Board and Honor Board.
