He is involved in all aspects of litigation, from initial discovery to trials and settlements. Before joining Goldberg Segalla, Yassine was a compliance officer with one of the world’s largest asset management companies, collaborating with colleagues to conduct third-party compliance oversight, prepare quarterly board reports, and navigate through legal and procedural SEC and FINRA regulations. He also has in-depth experience as a legal research analyst on issues involving contract, corporate, securities, antitrust, employment, and property law.
