Goldberg Segalla’s Joseph M. Hanna commented for Law360 on Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’ threats to sue his fellow NFL team owners over a planned contract extension for Commissioner Roger Goodell. “This is a direct assault on the commissioner of the league and the compensation committee,” Joe told Law360. “It would be a nuclear option to bring a suit against the league. This is a road Jerry Jones doesn’t want to go down because it’s not a fight he can win.”
