Goldberg Segalla Announces New Partners, Effective January 2018

Goldberg Segalla is pleased to announce it has elected 12 attorneys to its partnership, effective January 1, 2018. These dynamic attorneys hail from all across the firm’s 19-office, nine-state footprint, and represent a variety of practices, including Corporate Services and Commercial Litigation, Global Insurance Services, Construction, Workers’ Compensation, Product Liability, Employment and Labor, and General Liability.

  • Kevin M. Apollo, in Philadelphia, focuses his practice on complex first- and third-party insurance coverage litigation, with extensive experience in construction and environmental litigation as well as numerous coverage issues.
  • Karina B. Clarke, in Garden City, assists clients through all stages of workers’ compensation litigation, appeals, and settlements.
  • Laura A. Colca, in Buffalo, handles high-value transactions and complex commercial litigation, including patent and trademark infringement litigation, and advises clients on issues of due diligence, regulatory compliance, tactical key employee concerns, and other matters pertaining to corporate and transactional law.
  • Cory A. DeCresenza, in Syracuse, handles trials at the New York State Worker’s Compensation Board, and also co-edits the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Defense blog.
  • Ben S. Greenberg, in North Carolina, represents employers in all types of workers’ compensation claims, and has developed a particular focus on serving the transportation industry.
  • Rina E. Lee, in New York City, represents large corporate clients in hearings before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board and at trial.
  • David J. Majcak, in West Palm Beach, defends state governments, manufacturers, property owners, and subcontractors in state- and federal-level claims involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, employer liability, construction disputes, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability.
  • Matthew J. Miller, in New York City, is a trial attorney who defends general contractors, subcontractors, and property owners in general liability, construction, and product liability litigation, as well as in claims involving New York State Labor Law.
  • Shannon T. O’Connor, in Syracuse, focuses her practice on municipal and governmental liability, general liability, and matters involving employment and labor, with clients including numerous municipalities and other government entities.
  • Alexander G. Osevala, in Philadelphia, represents a broad range of companies in complex commercial transportation, product liability, premises liability, construction defect, and commercial litigation matters in courts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
  • Matthew S. Trokenheim, in Newark, helps clients resolve their complex business disputes, with a practice encompassing commercial litigation, intellectual property/media, white-collar defense/internal investigations, and appellate advocacy.
