Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Peter F. Brady January 8, 2018

Goldberg Segalla added partner Peter F. Brady to the firm’s General Liability Practice Group in Buffalo.

With 37 years of experience defending clients against a wide variety of complex personal injury claims, Pete maintains a focus on high-value construction-related litigation, defending contractors, construction managers, developers, owners, and others against claims arising from accidents and alleged defects, including matters arising under New York State Labor Law §240(1) (the Scaffold Law). His experience also includes defending clients against claims involving motor vehicle accidents and uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, all types of premises liability claims, and other personal injury matters. In addition, Pete frequently serves as an arbitrator and mediator in diverse and high-value matters.

A graduate of Canisius College and SUNY Buffalo Law School, Pete has served in leadership roles in multiple New York State and local bar associations and legal organizations, including the Erie County Bar Association (as past director) and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association (as a past officer). A recognized authority on courtroom skills and trial technique, Pete has also given CLE presentations on trial practice for the New York State Bar Association.

In 2016, Pete’s peers selected him for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America, recognizing his prominence in the realm of personal injury litigation.
