Marc W. Brown Joins Goldberg Segalla

Goldberg Segalla LLP is pleased to announce Marc W. Brown has joined the law firm as special counsel in its Buffalo office. Marc is a member of the firm’s Business and CommercialGlobal Insurance Services, General Liability, and Appellate Practice Groups.

Marc’s experience includes litigation pertaining to real property title claims defense and coverage matters, real property tax certiorari proceedings, contractual disputes, personal injury, products liability, toxic torts, and collection enforcement. He has appellate experience and is a former judicial clerk in the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Fourth Department.

Marc is actively involved in a number of civic organizations. He is currently co-president and a board of trustees member at the Kadimah School of Buffalo, treasurer for Va’ad HaKashrut of Buffalo, and a committeeman for the Town of Amherst Republican Committee.

Marc received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the State University of New York at Binghamton, where he currently serves as a member of the National Law Advisory Council Steering Committee and the Judaic Studies Advisory Council Steering Committee. He also served as an adjunct instructor at the school.

He received his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. From 1998–1999, Marc served as president of the school’s Moot Court Board and as executive editor of the Human Rights Law Review. He currently serves as the UB School of Law Alumni Association’s treasurer.

Marc has been honored as one of Business First’s 40 Under Forty and as an Up & Coming Attorney by The Daily Record.
