Pamela U. Norbert focuses her practice on counseling and defending government contractors with civilian and foreign national employees stationed around the world and their insurance carriers in claims made under the Defense Base Act (DBA), which establishes workers’ compensation benefits for those employees. Pam draws on experience representing individual and corporate clients in civil litigation matters, including real estate disputes, contractual claims and appeals.
Pam is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional, and has practiced privacy and compliance law, where she designed and implemented privacy policies to align with evolving state and federal data protection regulations, led breach response investigations and coordinated the requisite incident reports.
