Goldberg Segalla added Matthew W. Powell to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality practice in Philadelphia.

Matt counsels and defends regional and national retailers, hotels and resorts, restaurants and other businesses in the retail and hospitality industries in matters including premises liability, personal injury, property damage, and general liability. He is engaged in all stages of litigation, ranging from pre-trial litigation and discovery to drafting motions and depositions and attending hearings. Matt’s experience also includes defending insurance carriers in insurance coverage cases.

Matt earned his B.A. from the University of Delaware and his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law.
