Sarah A. Walsh concentrates her practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of general liability claims, ranging from premises liability and negligent security to personal injury, construction litigation, and commercial disputes. Sarah is engaged in all stages of the litigation process from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings, responses and briefs, appearing for oral arguments and pretrial conferences, and participating in mediation and arbitration. Her previous practice included matters related to bankruptcy, antitrust, contract and privacy law.
While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Sarah served as a summer associate at a national law firm, assisting attorneys with various matters through research and analysis of topics such as prosecutorial immunity and domestic violence laws.
