Goldberg Segalla added Sarah A. Walsh to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Manhattan.

Sarah concentrates her practice on counseling and defending clients in a variety of general liability claims, ranging from premises liability and negligent security to personal injury, construction litigation, and commercial disputes. She is engaged in all stages of the litigation process from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings, responses and briefs, appearing for oral arguments and pretrial conferences, and participating in mediation and arbitration. Sarah’s previous practice included matters related to bankruptcy, antitrust, contract and privacy law.

Sarah earned her B.A. from the University of California, Berkley, and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
