Goldberg Segalla added Grace C. Gallagher to the firm’s Global Insurance Services practice group in Philadelphia.

Grace advocates for insurers in disputes arising under a variety of policy types, conducting thorough legal research to assess coverage issues, and collaborating on case development. Her practice includes managing all aspects of the discovery process, drafting motions and pleadings, participating in hearings and conferences, and preparing detailed status reports for clients. Grace also works closely with insurance adjusters to evaluate and negotiate settlement provisions. Her prior work at a plaintiffs’ firm enhances her ability to anticipate opposing strategies and strengthens her approach to negotiation and defense.

Grace earned her B.A. from Temple University and her J.D. from the Widener University Delaware Law School.
