Goldberg Segalla added Davinderpal (Dave) Singh to the firm’s Transportation practice group in Garden City.

Dave focuses his practice on the legal needs of clients in the trucking and transportation industry, handling personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle/trucking liability matters, insurance coverage and contractual disputes. He manages motor vehicle liability, general liability and insurance defense cases from inception through resolution, developing legal strategies to minimize client exposure, drafting and arguing summary judgment, discovery and other motions, conducting depositions, handling settlement negotiations, and preparing and defending clients in depositions and court proceedings.

While earning his J.D. at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Dave gained experience through a number of summer associate positions with New York law firms, and was selected as one of 27 participants nationwide for Google’s inaugural Legal Summer Institute program, training in patent litigation, mergers and acquisitions, investments, ethics and other responsibilities of in-house counsel.

Dave earned his B.A. from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
