Experience
Gabrielle M. Breen counsels and defends clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, employment and labor law, real estate, and medical malpractice. Gabby handles all aspects of litigation, including preparing cases for filing; drafting motions, pleadings and briefs; conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings; and participating in depositions, hearings and mediation.
In addition to her time in private practice, Gabby gained experience serving as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Martin Peters at the Board of Veterans Appeals, working through large claims files while analyzing various arguments and writing decisions to ensure the veteran received the maximum benefit allowed under the law. During law school, she also served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Stewart D. Aaron of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and as a judicial intern for the Hon. Tracy Catapano-Fox of the Supreme Court of New York, Queens County, where she performed legal research and drafted analyses related to the current cases being heard.
