Goldberg Segalla added Morgan N. Bedford to the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Arbitration group in Buffalo.

Morgan maintains a focus on real estate litigation, complex commercial transactions and business matters, representing clients in property and contract disputes and advising on corporate governance. She is involved in every stage of the litigation process from case origination through resolution, including conducting depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, and preparation of petitions and motions. Morgan draws on experience gained as a law clerk in Goldberg Segalla’s Commercial Litigation and Arbitration practice group, supporting attorneys through research, drafting legal documents, client communications, and case file maintenance. She also served as a law clerk while pursuing her juris doctorate, conducting legal research and preparing pleadings, motions and demand letters across a range of practice areas from insurance coverage and premises liability to real property law, commercial litigation and corporate law.

Morgan earned her B.A. from Medaille College and her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
