Goldberg Segalla added Danielle K. Little to the firm’s Retail and Hospitality practice group in Los Angeles.
Danielle is a skilled and versatile litigator who possesses decades of experience handling a wide array of complex legal matters. A partner in our firm’s Retail and Hospitality practice group, Danielle has a long, successful record defending clients in cases that include personal injury, premises liability, auto and public-entity liability, real estate, business litigation and ADA compliance. She is also accomplished in the Employment and Labor law arena, with considerable experience representing clients in matters ranging from discrimination, wage disputes, civil rights, and licensure matters.
Experienced in arguing matters in state, appellate and federal courts, Danielle has also appeared before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, California’s Labor Commissioner’s Office, Department of Fair Employment & Housing, and Department of Social Services and the state’s Commissions on Peace Officer Standards and Training, Registered Nursing, and Teacher Credentialing. Danielle is highly skilled in case development and investigation. Her experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants also enables her to bring valuable insight to her work surrounding the complexities of litigation on both sides.
Danielle earned a B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, an M.F.A. from Sarah Lawrence College, and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
