Goldberg Segalla added Michael S. Maneri Jr. to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial practice group in Manhattan.

Applying his broad base of experience in defense litigation, Mike excels at handling general liability matters. He has handled automobile accident, property damage and personal injury cases. His experience also includes representing vehicle manufacturers in breach of warranty actions and defending builders from construction defect claims. Before moving to New York, Mike practiced in Florida, representing large vehicle manufacturers, property insurance carriers, landlords, contractors and others accused of negligence or breach of contract. He handles all aspects of litigation, attending building site and laboratory inspections, discussing technical details and findings with engineers and other experts, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending mediations and arbitrations, and engaging in settlement negotiations.

Mike earned both a B.S. and a B.A. from Bucknell University, an M.B.A. from the University of Miami School of Business, and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
