Goldberg Segalla added Alexandra Cole to the firm’s Employment and Labor practice group in Manhattan.

Alexandra represents employers in employment and labor law matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, advising clients on legal exposure, compliance risk and litigation strategy. She manages matters through all phrases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, and trial preparation. Alexandra also supports clients on management-side labor law matters, including interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, grievance handling, and disputes associated with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agency proceedings.

Alexandra earned her B.A. from Northern Arizona University and her J.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law.
