Goldberg Segalla added Harsh Patel to the firm’s Toxic Tort and Environmental Law practice groups in Manhattan.
Harsh concentrates his practice on counseling and defending manufacturers, distributors and other client companies in toxic tort and environmental matters, handling a range of disputes related to environmental regulation and litigation under state and federal laws. He is involved from file origination through resolution, preparing cases for filing, drafting motions, pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research in preparation for motion hearings, and participating in depositions, trials and appeals. Harsh draws on experience gained as an assistant district attorney in the General Crimes Bureau of the Bronx District Attorney’s office, where he managed a high-volume docket of misdemeanor cases from arrest through disposition and assisted on felony and grand jury proceedings.
Harsh earned both a B.A. and an M.S. from Texas A&M University, and his J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.
