Adam Durst, Sean Hvisdas Author Chapter in ABA Construction Insurance Guide

Goldberg Segalla partners Adam R. Durst and Sean P. Hvisdas co-authored a chapter in Construction Insurance: A Guide for Attorneys and Other Professionals (Second Edition), a comprehensive reference published by the American Bar Association (ABA) that addresses the intersection of construction law and insurance.

Adam and Sean authored Chapter 11, “The Claims Process,” which addresses how construction‑related insurance claims are handled from start to finish, with a practical focus on procedural issues attorneys encounter.

The second edition is a fully revised and expanded update to the original 2014 volume and is designed to help attorneys, insurance professionals, and construction industry stakeholders navigate insurance issues throughout the life of a construction project, from contract formation and project delivery to claims, litigation, and risk management.
