Michael Hamilton Appointed to ACCC’s Board of Regents Executive Committee
Goldberg Segalla is pleased to share that Michael A. Hamilton, a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office, has again been appointed to the American College of Coverage Counsel’s (ACCC) Board of Regent’s Executive Committee for 2026-2027.
Established in 2012, the ACCC is the preeminent association of U.S., Canadian, and Bermudan lawyers who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders, with the mission of advancing the adjudication of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes, enhancing the quality of the practice of insurance law, and providing peer-reviewed scholarship.
A leader of the firm’s Global Insurance Services team in Pennsylvania, Mike handles sophisticated and high-exposure insurance coverage claims and commercial litigation, focusing his practice on environmental, professional liability, construction defect, transportation, and business torts/advertising injury claims. He has been lead defense counsel in class action litigation, representing insurance companies, self-insurers, and transportation entities. He also has extensive appellate experience, arguing numerous appeals in state and federal courts across the country.
